香港公司需要備存哪些登記冊和公司記錄？

您好！根據(jù)《公司條例》（香港法例第622章）的規(guī)定，于香港成立的公司必須備存各類登記冊及公司記錄于公司的注冊辦事處或某個根據(jù)《公司條例》第356及657條訂立的規(guī)例所訂明公司注冊辦事處以外的地方。
該等登記冊及公司記錄包括：
(a) 成員登記冊ROM（第627條）
(b) 重要控制人登記冊SCR（第653H條）
(c) 董事登記冊ROD（第641條）
(d) 公司秘書登記冊ROCS（第648條）
(e) 債權(quán)證持有人登記冊RODH（第308條）
(f) 押記登記冊ROC（第352條）
(g) 設(shè)立押記的文書的副本（第351條）Copies of Instruments Creating Charges
(h) 獲準許的彌償條文的文本或一份列明該條文的條款的書面?zhèn)渫洠ǖ?71條）Copy of Permitted Indemnity Provisionor a Written Memorandum Setting out the Terms of the Provision
